What is the Volunteer Management Forum (VMF)?

The Volunteer Management Forum (VMF) aims to bring together voluntary organisations working with or interested in working with volunteers in the borough of Nuneaton & Bedworth.

It aims to share experiences and ideas, developing networks and enhance volunteer programmes through training and updates on best practice and issues facing the sector.


Why Join the Forum?

If you haven't been to the meetings before, it is a great chance to meet other Managers working with volunteers in a similar situation as you are and look at different aspects of involving volunteers and good practice.

It is an opportunity to see what is going on in the borough, meet other people, find out about new developments, and what services are open to you. There is also an opportunity to meet Volunteer Centre Staff and get one to one support on any Volunteer Management issues you have.

Forum members also get reduction in their training costs.

We are currently putting together a new training programme for 2010-2011. If you require training in a particular area, please contact the Volunteer Centre to let us know what your training needs are.
